During the inspection, we may identify:

  • Worn or damaged components

  • Missing parts
  • Improper previous repairs
  • Safety concerns
  • Manufacturer recalls or service bulletins (where known)

Inspection results are based on the visible and testable condition of the equipment at the time of inspection.

If genuine parts are unavailable, manufacturer-approved alternatives may be used after informing the customer, where appropriate.

The availability of replacement parts depends on the manufacturer and the age of the equipment.

5. Service Completion

Customers will be notified once servicing has been completed.

Equipment should be collected within a reasonable period after notification.

Scuba Store reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees for equipment that remains uncollected for an extended period.

Equipment left unclaimed for a prolonged period may be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian law after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the owner.

This warranty applies only to the workmanship and replacement parts installed during the service.

  • The equipment cannot be safely repaired.
  • Required replacement parts are unavailable.
  • The equipment no longer meets acceptable safety standards.
  • Continued use may present an unreasonable safety risk.

Where possible, recommendations for repair or replacement will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Egyptian law.
