1. Customer’s Right to Return

In accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws, customers may request to return or exchange eligible products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and free gifts are included.
  • The product is suitable for resale as new.

Scuba Store reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.


2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,
  • Defective due to manufacturing,
  • Incorrect, or
  • Different from the product ordered,

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the issue has been verified, Scuba Store will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product,
  • Repair the product (where appropriate),
  • Exchange it for another product of equal value, or
  • Issue a full refund.

In these cases, Scuba Store will bear the return shipping costs.


3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, safety, or technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, installed, or altered.
  • Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Personalized products.
  • Gift cards or gift vouchers.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, software, activation codes, or e-learning materials that have already been delivered or accessed.
  • Consumable maintenance items that have been opened or used.
  • Any product that cannot be resold as new due to its condition.

4. Diving Equipment Safety

Many scuba diving products are classified as life-support or safety equipment.

For safety reasons, products that have been used underwater, assembled, serviced, modified, or exposed to water cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Regulators
  • Buoyancy Control Devices (BCDs)
  • Dive computers
  • Cylinders
  • Valves
  • Breathing apparatus
  • Life-support equipment

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the replacement product has:

  • A higher price, the customer will pay the difference.
  • A lower price, Scuba Store will refund the difference using the original payment method where applicable.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on the payment method used, refunds may be made through:

  • InstaPay
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (where applicable)
  • Other electronic payment methods available at the time of purchase

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Customer preference,
  • Incorrect size selection,
  • Change of mind, or
  • Ordering the wrong product,

the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return results from:

  • Manufacturing defects,
  • Incorrect shipment,
  • Products damaged before delivery, or
  • Errors made by Scuba Store,

Scuba Store will cover the return shipping costs.


8. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.

Refunds or exchanges will only be approved after confirming that the returned items comply with this policy.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions stated above, it may be returned to the customer without a refund.


9. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return request under this policy.

Special-order, customized, or personalized items may not be cancelled once processing has begun.


10. Manufacturer Warranty

This Refund & Return Policy is separate from any manufacturer’s warranty.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty remain subject to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
